Overview

Nestled on the vibrant Rue Popincourt in the heart of Paris’s 11th arrondissement, Saint Barista Coffee is a haven for true coffee lovers seeking quality and character in every cup. This quaint, cozy spot exudes a quiet charm that perfectly complements its carefully crafted menu. Abner, the knowledgeable owner, brings a worldly expertise that elevates the experience beyond the typical Parisian café.

At the core of Saint Barista’s offerings is the celebrated Flat White, which patrons hail as among the best in the city. Its balance of rich espresso and velvety milk foam creates an impeccable harmony of taste and texture. Equally inviting is the Iced Vanilla Latte with oat milk, a modern twist that caters to contemporary preferences without compromising flavor. The Café Crème offers traditional French coffee lovers a smooth, aromatic option to savor in the comforting ambiance.

Saint Barista’s coffee philosophy shines through its selection of single-origin beans and thoughtfully composed blends, designed to suit various palates. Whether you prefer an intensely bold espresso or a lighter, aromatic filter coffee, the expert baristas, guided by Abner, tailor each drink with precision and care. Supplemental touches like homemade vanilla syrup and collagen shots add unique personalization to the offerings.

The space itself is intimate, inviting meaningful conversation while delivering a restful pause from the bustling Parisian streets. This makes Saint Barista Coffee an ideal destination for locals, tourists, and remote workers alike—anyone who appreciates a great cup and a genuine connection with the barista.

I’m visiting Paris and lucky to have found this gem. The owner is incredibly friendly, while also being well versed in coffee from around the world. His flat white is the best I’ve had in the city!

One of our absolute favorite coffee shops in all of Paris! Coffee is always brewed to perfection and uses the best beans from Dak. Abner, the owner, is also such an interesting person to talk to. He’s cultivated an amazing atmosphere that is rare to find at other shops. We will always come back to this one when we’re in Paris! - Nick and Tanya

This place was perfect. It's tiny and cosy and the owners are friendly without being overwhelming. We came near the end of the day and enjoyed a little spot to sip our cappuccino and flat white. The coffee was perfect in taste and deliciousness.

I got a perfectly made 8oz mocha latte crafted by friendly, and patient staff. I ordered in my very poor French, to which the barista kindly offered his milk selection in French in return, and I was of course very confused as I had reached my linguistic limit simply asking for the drink. He offered the selection in English as well, and I was able to keep up in basic French for the rest of the interaction. Again, patient and kind staff with excellently crafted coffee. It's a small space with seating for only 3 or 4 people, so plan on ordering aller unless you're lucky.
